The Future

Full planning consent with associated detail has been granted for a very exclusive and modern clubhouse to be built on site. However the development of Kyngs Golf and Country Club, like many other businesses has been effected by the recent and persistently poor economic climate over the past two years and the required funding for this build has not yet been achieved.

When completed this exclusive clubhouse with its verandas and patios overlooking the course will feature a Toning and Relaxation suite, a Virtual Reality indoor golf clinic, Luxurious lounge, bar and catering facilities. Also in the building will be a Reception and Management area, Changing rooms,Pro-Shop and a Caddy Masters office that will oversee Start times, golf buggy hire and daily operational duties for the golf course.

These exclusive facilities will be available to everyone by way of various types of club membership and patron facilities. The whole project will be based on exclusivity and offer a high standard of service in all aspects.

Beginners golf will be channelled through the Caddy Master and the short course with professional tuition and guidance available. The utmost attention will be given to the individual requirements of each member or patron. Corporate and Hospitality Golf will also be high on the agenda with a dedicated attention to detail.

The Toning & Relaxation Suite will be unique to Kyngs Golf & Country Club. Professional staff will be on hand to assist with specialist programmes associated with the exclusive Toning & Relaxation facilities; these will include separate changing rooms and lounge area, specialist gymnasium, Steam room, compressed air shoe cleaning bay, Spa and Solarium. There will also be Refreshing Foot Spas for revitalising those tired feet after a great day’s golf.

Corporate members will be offered the use of various facilities including the Private Boardroom, hospitality golf etc. A Private Helicopter Landing Pad will be situated adjacent to the building for the convenience of our distinguished guests.

At present Kyngs Golf & Country Club provides a custom made modular building that offers excellent modern facilities including lounge and reception areas, male/female changing rooms with toilets and changing facilities as well as a refreshment area and main office.

Additional Features

The Golf Course will also benefit from numerous Timber Shelters, Pagodas and Benches strategically placed throughout the site. Various Rockery and Water features are also planned.

There are plans to erect an Observatory at the highest part of the courseadjacent to an area of intense planting where we aim to encourage wildlife, wildflowers, butterflies etc. It is from here that guests will be able to retreat and enjoy of the tranquillity and overall ambiance of this rural location.

An original and old barn located in the centre of the Golf Course will be utilised at busier times to offer light refreshments and washroom facilities for Patrons and Guests.
